I have over 14 years of experience in the car business. Over those years, I've worked every role imaginable – from lot attendant to service advisor, inventory manager to operations director. I've felt the frustration of every position.

Every single day was filled with the same hurdles. Chasing down vehicles that weren't where they were supposed to be. Waiting for recon updates that never came. Searching through spreadsheets that were already outdated the moment they were saved. Trying to explain to a customer why their trade-in was still sitting behind the shop, untouched, three weeks later.

I looked everywhere for a solution. The big DMS platforms were bloated and expensive. The newer tools were designed by tech people who had never set foot on a dealership lot. Nothing fit. Nothing actually solved the problems I was dealing with every single day.

So I built it myself.
