On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I add a new vehicle to inventory?
Navigate to the Inventory section and click "Add Vehicle." You can enter the VIN manually or use VIN scanning on mobile. The system will automatically decode vehicle details.
Can I use vinRECON on my mobile device?
Yes! The vinRECON web app is fully responsive and works on any mobile browser. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon for an even better experience.
